About Murrieta Parks

All of Murrieta’s parks are smoke free.  With over 50 parks across the city, there is bound to be one within walking distance of where you live!

Hike, Walk or Run

Murrieta, CA has 22 miles of multipurpose trails with more being planned.  The City of Murrieta has installed signs around the city marking some of the most popular walking paths in town.

Throughout the city a number of highly trafficked fitness routes will have signage that details various pathways as well as distances for each pathway.  These new signs are made from 100% recycled materials and are made possible through a County of Riverside grant program.
